Joel Capenos Serafini is a nationally recognized and respected instructor and training motivator for several different industries, specializing in the auctioneering industry. A very vivacious and energetic speaker, he tends to keep an audience on the edge of their seats, often bubbling over with questions and becoming very interested in the curriculum at hand.

Joel started doing motivational and sales training for Coast To Coast resorts, a campground membership direct sales company, and several of their resorts, training salespeople, closers and managers in stealth sales and closing techniques. Coincidentally, Joel was then hired by several prominent RV dealerships in the Northeast to conduct sales training and closing & marketing seminars for that industry as well.

Joel has been involved with web programming, software engineering and database design, starting in 1995, and attending ITT Technical Institute and Onondaga Community College, and then eventually taking a position at the largest RV dealer in the Northeast as Webmaster and Marketing Director.

Joel then went on to start About CNY Technologies, and started his own local information guide for the Syracuse New York area that went on to get over 250000 hits per month and went on to build over 150 professional websites in Upstate New York region. Mr. Serafini also had several appearances on local talk radio on a weekly basis concerning the World Wide Web's impact on the RV industry and on the Central New York region and economy. Joel also had a weekly internet radio show about Syracuse University sports, as he is an avid fan of both SU football and basketball.

Joel's foray into the auctioneering industry came in 1997 and he has been building and designing professional auctioneer websites since. He was one of the key developers for Bid Live Auctions, a live webcasting platform, that was debuted in Virginia at the NAA Conference in 1999. Also, he went on the build one of the first online bidding platforms for the auctioneering industry and has designed and collaborated on many websites of all size, garnering huge success stories for the auction houses. He also offers his hands on approach, doing consultation work for auctioneers, physically going to their businesses, consulting them on how to implement online bidding, webcasting and search engine optimization/E-marketing campaigns and has spent considerable time in various states doing this work.

Today, Joel owns The Auction Blitz Software Co, based in Orlando, Florida, and conducts seminars and motivational seminars for state auctioneer associations all over America. He resides in Central Florida with his wife and three sons.
